I started Internet marketing from home in 2002. For quite a while, I floundered around like most people, not really achieving much success in the first year because it was hard for me to make heads from tails.

Now, eventually (some time in late 2003) I did start to become wildly successful and nowadays my business generates me a multiple six-figure passive income. And it's all from affiliate programs. None of my own products, and the hassles and headaches that come with that.

My successes were eventually partially profiled in an ebook called "Niche Site Confessions," which was promoted by some very well known and reputable marketers like Allan Gardyne for several months in 2005. Of course, I can't take credit for the success of that ebook. I was just one person being profiled in it and one of the other ones, Phil Wiley, is a lot better known than I am.

I don't tell you any of this to impress you, but so that you simply get to know my background a bit better ... and that you understand I am no stranger when it comes to the trials and tribulations of trying to grow a start-up business on a shoestring budget from home.

Now, I want to tell you something else. And I hope you don't consider this as arrogant in any way, shape, or form. I consider myself to be an intelligent and self-directed sort of individual. I don't need, as many people do, someone looking over my shoulder to work hard.

But even with this good trait, I could have succeeded in a much shorter time if I had someone training me. I don't mean the training you get in educational material. I mean the training of a mentor who took the time to guide me.

Which is why I created this service.

But there's something even more valuable about this service than most. You see, I also realized that if I wanted to absolutely maximize the chances of success for people I trained, I had to do almost all of the work for them!

I know it sounds almost too good to be true, so let me explain...

If I told you what tools I used to build my business, gave you tips and strategies, told you how to choose a good affiliate program, and all that jazz, you'd have to still wade through it all -- be a very self-directed person -- and, ultimately, figure it out for yourself.

But imagine if instead you had a mentor who had your website built for you if you needed that (complete with the pre-selling content), chose the affiliate program for you because he knew from first-hand experience it was a money maker so that all you had to do was sign up for it, wove your affiliate links into the content, did all the key-term research for you, and taught you a rock solid traffic generation technique so you could make sales and passive income?

How much would that be worth to you? In my opinion, it would be the closest thing to a foolproof system as there could be.

If you'll notice, then, what you'll need to do is either write the content for the key-terms provided or have a good freelance writer do it for you.

And it's important that the content be good. No cheating! You don't want to create spammy, software generated junk, for example. It just won't work because ultimately, it's humans who are going to be reading the content and humans who are going to buy products or not.

But, on the other hand, I've seen people who have had great content but came to me because they weren't making any sales.

I was privy to quite a bit of this because for a number of years, I was a SBI Certified Webmaster and also personally trained a friend of mine who became a SBI Certified Webmaster for several years himself.

Let's cut right to the chase and talk about what you get. There aren't going to be endless bonuses or enticements. In fact, there won't be any. I hope you see the value in what we're offering here and the very reasonable price we are charging.

First, there will be teleconferences. These will take place two to four times a month and will be to a United States based phone number. These will be live training calls where I will explain certain processes on the phone and you'll get to ask me questions.

I've already tested these teleconference training calls out with a select group of individuals and have found it to be a fantastic way to train people about internet marketing. For those people who miss a call, no worries. We will record them and they will be available to you to listen at your leisure.

The adjunct to the training calls will be specific directions and key-terms I personally research and uncover sent out via a private e-newsletter.

Lastly, there will be a private membership forum for all the students as well for discussion.

The price?

Only $29.99 per month. This includes the teleconference training (and/or recordings of it); the newsletter training; and access to the private membership forum.

For those people who want us to create the websites for the affiliate programs we will promote, there is an extra $14.99 a month fee for each site. This includes all artistic work, unique pre-selling content for the site, your affiliate links woven into the content, and your Google Adsense code embedded into the site if you want that.  Once you sign up for the training, we will contact  you to see if you want us to create the $14.99 a month site for you.

Keep in mind, too, we will not be bouncing around from one affiliate program to another. We will be staying on each one for a long time to maximize building up real passive income.

I know some other marketers are charging what I charge just for access to a private forum alone, but I'm going way beyond that.

The reason I can keep the rates so low is due to simple leverage. I can train 10 students on a teleconference call, for example, as easily as I can train 100, and in the same span of time.

Here's one way to value this service: in good ole fashioned dollars and cents.

Back when I was a certified SBI webmaster, by contrast, I charged in a range of $2,000 to $3,000 to assist a client in selecting key-terms, building some pages into their site, and helping create the pre-sell content. This wouldn't be for a long time either. This service duration would last approximately a month.

If a client went the "cheaper" route and only wanted consultation, I charged between $75 to $100 dollars an hour for each and every private phone call.

The rates were steep because I had no leverage. I could only train and assist one person at a time. It wasn't just my rates, either. The other SBI webmasters were in the same ball park range or I would have been pricing myself out of the market.

To top it off, the clients were the ones that chose the niche and the affiliate programs in almost all cases, and those niches and affiliate programs may not have been lucrative. Since this choice was often not mine to make, there was nothing I could do about a niche's inherent limited financial potential.

Now, don't get me wrong ... you CAN build your own site, and do all of this stuff for yourself. And if you do, I highly recommend Site Build It! to this day and suggest you purchase it through Allan Garydne's link like I did many years ago. If you already know the niche you want to be involved in and the type of affiliate programs you want to promote, my affiliate training is NOT for you.

But, let's face it, for a lot of people, the thought of going it alone is daunting.

This service is for those people who haven't achieved the success they desire yet. People who don't really have a specific niche in mind or even have a preference. People who don't really know how to do good key-term research. Or don't want to or can't effectively build their own site. This is for people whose number #1 goal is to make money on the Internet and, for one reason or other, have not been successful at it yet.

Now, if you do want to build your own site and want to get involved, this is also for you. In fact, if you have an extra Site Build It! site lying around and haven't selected a niche for it yet, this training may work wonders for you.

But the point is, the service has been set up so that it's completely turn key for people who want it that way. Nothing will hold you back unless you simply can't create or have someone else create valuable, unique content for you.

I wish I could guarantee people success, but I can't. You could sign up and not do your part. Or you could write terrible articles, not follow my directions, or use a bad freelance writer. Of course, we'll even give you specific instructions on how to find writers and how to screen them because I have a lot of experience in that as well.
